Thursday, April 19, 8am-5pm, Friday, April 20 8am-2pm or Saturday, April 21 8am-2pm
Spaces available on a first come, first serve basis
There are a limited number of food vendor spaces available
Food vendors must also purchase a Certificate of Health from the City of Longview
This is an outdoor arena, rodeo goes rain or shine
Vendors get up to 4 credentials per booth. Additional credentials are available for $5 each

Payment must be received no later than 4/1/2017. Mail cashiers check or money order to Longview Rodeo, P.O. Box 1166, Longview, TX 75606. If you pay but do not show up without advance notice you will not be invited back. Notice must be given 1 week prior to the event. No refunds for NO Shows.
I understand that I am responsible for:
(1) any damage caused by setup, tear down, and removal of my property and its contents; no tent stakes allowed, tents must be held down by barrels or other means.
(2) I will acquire any necessary permits or permission from the City or County offices that are applicable to the type of product that I have to offer.
